Your Soul Contract is like a spiritual map of your life. It reveals your core challenges, talents and goals — and the deeper direction of your soul.
Your inner map
Your Soul Contract shows the experiences and areas of growth that run through your life and how they might be connected.
Seeing these connections can help you understand yourself on a deeper level, find your direction and navigate your life themes with more ease.
Recognize your potential, your recurring patterns and what truly drives you.
Understand your life themes better and gain fresh perspective on your decisions and the road ahead.
When you see your themes more clearly, you can approach them with more understanding and trust.
How your chart is created
The Soul Contract method is based on the idea that your birth name is no coincidence. In choosing a name, the soul picks the frequencies for the experiences and growth it has planned for this lifetime.
The method works with the sounds of your full birth name. It’s based on the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet, where every letter is also a number with its own qualities. This turns your name into a sequence of numbers, which is then used to calculate your personal Soul Contract chart.
The starting point is your full birth name, exactly as it was registered when you were born.
Each sound in your name is assigned a number according to the rules of the Soul Contract method.
These numbers are then used to calculate the aspects of your chart: Karma (your challenges), Talents, Goals and your Soul Destiny.
The structure
Your Soul Contract is made up of two interlocking triangles. The one pointing down represents the physical, outer level of your life; the one pointing up represents the spiritual, inner level. Together they form a six-pointed star with six outer aspects. At its center is the seventh: your Soul Destiny.

About me
I’ve always been drawn to holistic living, personal growth and the big question of how we can better understand ourselves and our lives.
A few years ago, I discovered the Soul Contract method. When I took a closer look at my own chart, I suddenly saw connections, patterns and life themes I’d never noticed before. It moved me deeply.
I wanted to learn more, so I trained as a Soul Contract Practitioner with Nicolas David Ngan. Today, I offer personal readings that help people understand their life themes and recognize their potential.
What I love most is the moment when something that felt confusing or hard to grasp suddenly falls into place.
Outside of work, I’m endlessly curious. I recharge with long hikes in nature, love exploring new places and cultures, and I’m always up for trying something new.
