2. Hosting

This website is hosted by STRATO.

When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary access data. This may include, in particular:

• the page or file requested
• the date and time of access
• browser type and version
• referrer URL
• technical access information

STRATO provides server log files and anonymizes visitors’ host names and IP addresses.

This processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably, based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Soul Contract calculator

To create your Soul Contract chart, you enter your birth name.

Your name is processed exclusively locally in your browser.

The name you enter is:

• not transmitted to our server
• not shared with third parties
• not stored permanently
• not stored in cookies
• not stored in the address bar

So that you don’t have to enter your birth name again, it is temporarily stored in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage) after the calculation. This allows it to be pre-filled in the contact form, even if you switch from the calculator page to the homepage. Your name does not leave your device and is deleted automatically as soon as you close the browser tab or window.

The chart calculation and the creation of the PDF document also take place locally on your device.

For display and PDF export, only font files and technical libraries stored on our own web server are loaded. No name data you have entered is transmitted in the process.

If you then use the contact form, your birth name is pre-filled there for your convenience. It is only transmitted once you submit the form yourself (see section 5, “Contact form”).

4. PDF export

The PDF is created entirely locally in your browser.

If you click “Request a reading” in the PDF, our website opens at the contact form. No data from the PDF is transmitted to us in the process.

5. Contact form

If you send us a request via the contact form, we process the information you enter:

• your name
• your email address
• the topic you selected
• for reading requests: your birth name (needed to prepare the reading; optional for general questions)
• optional, or for general questions: your message

This information is used solely to handle your request. It is forwarded to us as an email by our web server at STRATO and is not additionally stored on the web server.

To protect against misuse (spam), a non-reversible hash of your IP address is stored together with the time of your request for no longer than one hour, in order to limit the number of requests per sender. The IP address itself is not stored for this purpose. No cookies are set and no external services (such as captcha providers) are used.

If your request is aimed at entering into or performing a contract (for example, a reading request), the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other requests and for spam protection, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling requests and in operating the website securely under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you send us in order to handle your request.

This may include, in particular:

• your name
• your email address
• the content of your message
• any other information you choose to provide

If your request is aimed at entering into or performing a contract, the processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For other requests, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in handling your request under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email communication is handled via STRATO.

7. Local fonts and technical libraries

The fonts and technical libraries used on this website are served locally from our own web server.

No connection to Google Fonts or external CDN providers is made when the website loads.

8. Cookies and tracking

This website currently does not use any analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies.

No analytics or tracking services are used.

No external videos, maps, or similar third-party content are loaded during a normal page visit.

9. External links

This website contains links to external services, for example Amazon and YouTube.

Simply visiting our website does not transmit any data to these providers.

Only when you click an external link do you leave our website. From then on, the privacy policy of the respective external provider applies to any further data processing.

10. Storage period

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Data from general contact requests is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to handle the request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

11. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right in particular to:

• access your personal data
• have inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted
• restrict processing
• data portability
• object to certain processing
• withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Where we process personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right under Art. 21 GDPR to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
